Janaury 27, 2026 – It’s that time of year: our cosmetology students are ready to welcome clients!

During first semester, students build foundational skills and portfolios in precision cutting, creative color, skincare, makeup application, and nail technology. This semester, they put those skills into practice through real appointments and hands-on learning in a working salon environment.

The class has 32 students enrolled in the program this year. Students are taking clients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during school hours. 

Students learn and practice under the guidance of licensed industry professional and experienced educator Cameron Christoffer. The program offers both high school and vocational cosmetology pathways, giving students the opportunity to earn their professional license before graduation.

Many students are inspired to join by family members and friends who have gone through the program before them. By the time they complete the program, graduates are prepared to enter the workforce and take the state licensing exam, opening doors to careers as stylists, color specialists, makeup artists, and more.
